Outside Technical Sales - Minerals

NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for an Outside Technical Sales Representative to manage the sales activities of the Minerals application. This person will develop and implement sales plans to accomplish corporate goals and will work to generate new business opportunities for the company within the minerals application.


  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accomplish corporate goals within the application field.
  • Implementation of sales plan to provide technical solution to clients.
  • Provides sales forecasting reports to address performance goals accordingly.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Delivers sales presentations to clients in coordination with corporate policies.
  • Meets with new and existing customers and maintains relationships.
  • Participates in sales negotiations and deal consummation
  • Works closely with sister company to provide technical solutions for customers within application.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
  • Assists in preparing customer quotations by providing technical information.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. 
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.


  • At least 5 years related experience "solution" selling capital equipment is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical degree preferred.
  • Experience with process equipment for minerals and mining and knowledge of minerals and mining industry is preferred.
  • The ability to travel up to 60% in the US and Canada and some international travel to NETZSCH sister companies
  • A valid passport and driver's license
